Samick Guitars is proud to announce the shipping of 10,000 units of the new GD100SPK, the latest guitar design by Greg Bennett that combines yesterday’s craftsmanship with today’s fit, function, and tone. Featuring newly developed Thunderflex™ bracing, this powerful dreadnought guitar has become the loudest acoustic guitar on the market within its price range. Offering a unique blend of solid top performance, style and technology, the GD100SPK takes acoustic sound to a whole new level.
The GD100SPK features a solid Sitka spruce top, mahogany back and sides, multi-ply binding, and die cast tuners, making it the new solid top industry standard. The guitar is available in natural or vintage sunburst finish and is accompanied by a deluxe 10mm padded gig bag and easy-to-read chord chart.

Samick Guitars is proud to announce its selection as one of the “Best In Show” at the 2010 Summer NAMM. Samick Guitars was chosen in the Companies To Watch category for its trend-setting guitars and great designs with great price points and margins.
Six industry retail experts, representing single-store operations, small to mid-sized chains and one of the industry’s top trade magazines, served as panelists. Their selection of Samick Guitars was announced at Best In Show, the NAMM University session where industry retail experts discuss their favorite gear at the convention.
