At the age of 6, Chris remembers singing at his first wedding with the reassurance of his family. The song was King Of The Road by Roger Miller and Chris was instantly bitten by the allure of the stage after that. He began singing in the choir at school and at the age of 8 started playing violin at the urging of his father. By the time he turned 13, Chris switched to the guitar after getting a Fender Telecatser and Peavey amp for Chritsmas. After graduating from high school, Chris attended Northampton Community College to study music theory with the encouragement of his teacher and family. Shortly after that, his band Bullet was discovered playing in a New Jersey club by Media 5 Entertainment of Live and Fuel fame. He then began touring with Bullet, Gandalf and Idle Threats over the next 12 years. Some of the the bands that Chris has toured with or opened for include: Gregg Allman, Dave Mason, The Guess Who, Molly Hatchet, The Pat Travers Band, Twisted Sister, Mark Farner (Grand Funk Railroad), The Hooters (Eric Bazilian), The Good Rats, Zebra, Fuel, Live, Savatage (The Trans-Siberian Orchestra), The Sharks, Blue Oyster Cult, The A’s, Greg Howe and Enuff Z’nuff.
